4. Help and Customer Support
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [support@loomfuse.com].
Our support team is available during standard business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET).
5. Message Frequency
This is a recurring message program. Message frequency is variable and depends on the volume and severity of system alerts generated by the Grafana monitoring platform. Under normal operating conditions, you can expect to receive a low number of messages (typically fewer than 10 per week). During system incidents or outages, you may receive a higher volume of messages in a short period.
Alert routing is configured based on severity levels. If you have opted in to receive only critical alerts, your message volume will be lower than if you receive all alert severities.
